This in addition to them operating the main building reception, leveraging the common parts amenities and having an on-site presence adds enormous value to the building’s general appeal and enhances day-to-day operations.
The process from initial concept to launch was seamless, with the centre at 100% occupancy only 18 months in and with a healthy waiting list.
