This in addition to them operating the main building reception, leveraging the common parts amenities and having an on-site presence adds enormous value to the building’s general appeal and enhances day-to-day operations.

Total UK office space totals in the billions of square feet, and much of it sits unnecessarily empty.  With working practices changing in recent years, we're experiencing a shift in the make-up of occupier demand and innovative ideas are needed to adapt buildings to address this emerging demand.

The office sector is by no means dead – occupier demand has recovered post-COVID, especially in the SME sector, but there’s a recognisable mismatch between what this demand segment is looking for, and what existing office stock is able to provide.

This is why Chadwick Flexspace Solutions exists – we bridge that gap.
